This restaurantis located in Julong Creative Garden, Zijing East Road, Xiaolan Town, Zhongshan, which is the most artistic food commercial center in Xiaolan Town. Thisrestaurant strives to create a Hong Kong-style tea restaurant with both modernflavor and nostalgic style. Hong kong-style tea restaurant literally means arestaurant combining Hong Kong-style culture tea and catering, whose existenceis closely related to the history and culture of Hong Kong. A simple cup ofmilk tea, pineapple oil or lunch meat instant noodles can make a quickbreakfast or lunch.
"Shiyan" is a common word in cantonese. "shi" is pronounced"SEK" and "yan" is pronounced "NGAN", which meansto have lunch or afternoon tea, so this restaurant mainly deals with breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea. The restaurant usually closes at 5:30 PM, not for theevening. This interesting idea also includes the investor's love for hisfamily. The investor used to run a full-day Shanghai restaurant. But over time,he found that he spent less and less time with his family. Thus, the "Shi yan" dining hall came into being.
The projectsite is rectangular, located on the first floor and belongs to shops facing thestreet, with a height of 3.8 meters. The restaurant has set up waiting area, water bar area, booth area, seating area, kitchen area and public toilet. Theplan is compact and the lines are sharp. Different dining furniture is used tocombine the corresponding dining space to enhance the flexibility and privacyof different dining areas in the layout of the dining space. Among them, thecard seat area which used "house" modelling to undertakes enclosingformed the eat a space that has illicit close sex more, which is one of theflash points. The large themed art mural next to the cash register combines thetheme and features of the restaurant, which puts the atmosphere of whole spaceat a draught "lively" rose, become the biggest flash points that absorbseyeball most inside this item space.
The paperleather brick with cantonese nostalgic texture is selected in the design of thewindow stand area, which is matched with the old iron lattice, just like the cafe, which is often seen in Hong kong-style movies. In addition to vintage paperbrick and old iron window, terrazzo brick, black and white geometric flowerbrick, black shiny small ceramic tile, neon light, embossed glass, old woodveneer and other economic and environmental friendly materials are selected forthis project. A delicate Hong kong-style tea restaurant with both modern andnostalgic style were finally presented through careful and soft collocation and selection of decorations.
